These terms apply when you buy from Dodo Displays at dododisplays.com. Please read them before you order.

What we sell

We sell printable classroom lettering sets as digital PDF files. Nothing is posted to you. You will need a device that can open a PDF and a printer, or access to a print shop.

Placing an order

Your order is accepted when we send your order confirmation. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any tax that applies at the time of purchase.

Getting your files

Your download is available immediately after checkout and a link is also emailed to you. If the email does not arrive, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

What your licence allows

When you buy a set you receive a licence to use it. You do not buy the artwork itself. You may:

Print it as many times as you like for the classroom you teach in
Use it for displays, labels, headings and classroom decoration
Print at home, at school, or through a print shop

You may not:

Resell, share, redistribute or give away the files
Upload them to any website, shared drive or file-sharing service
Use them to create products for sale, or present the designs as your own

Cancellation and refunds

Because your download starts immediately, you agree at checkout that you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel once it has begun. Your rights if a file is faulty or not as described are unaffected. Full details are in our Returns and refunds policy.

Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when you placed your order, or for any business loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
