Returns and refunds

Everything sold by Dodo Displays is a digital product: a printable PDF that you download. Nothing is posted to you, so there is nothing to send back.

Your 14-day cancellation right

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel an online order. Because your file is made available immediately at checkout, you agree at the point of purchase that your download begins straight away and that you therefore lose that 14-day right once it has begun. If you have not started your download, you can still cancel within 14 days for a full refund. Just email us.

If something is wrong with your file

Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply. What you download must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If a file will not open, is missing pages, prints incorrectly, or is not what the listing described, email dododisplays@gmail.com and we will put it right. Normally that means sending you a working file, and refunding you in full if we cannot.

Bought the wrong set

If you have ordered the wrong theme or style by mistake, email us. If you have not downloaded the file we will refund it. If you have, we will usually swap it for the set you meant to buy.
